ShurFlo 94-910-05 Viton valve assembly kit for ShurFlo 5050 / 505X series diaphragm pumps (5059-1311-D011 and similar 12 V 5 GPM sprayer pumps). The check valve assembly is what lets the pump prime and hold pressure; when the Viton valves swell, stick, or trap debris, the pump runs but won't prime, pulses, or bleeds pressure back when you close the gun. Swapping this assembly is a 10-minute fix.
In stock at our Spokane, WA shop. If the pump also won't shut off or won't start, add the upper housing/pressure switch kit (94-910-01). Between the two you've rebuilt everything that fails on a 5050.
