Shipping & pickup

Handling time. Parts on our shelf ship the same or next business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific). You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves Spokane.

Shipping rates. U.S. shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Orders over 70 lb (large pumps, tanks, booms, skids) ship by freight and need a quote — call (509) 838-2209 or use Request a Quote and we'll get you a delivered price before you commit.

Need it faster? Expedited shipping is available on request at the carrier's cost. Call before noon Pacific and we can usually get it out the same day.

Free local pickup. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect at 9721 W Flight Dr, Spokane, WA 99224. In-stock items are usually ready within four hours during business hours; we'll email when it's at the counter.

Special orders. Most of the 42,000+ parts in our catalog are not on the shelf and ship as a special order — usually about two weeks, sometimes longer on small parts, depending on the manufacturer. The product page tells you before you add it to the cart. Special-order items may be non-returnable; see our refund policy.

Where we ship. United States only. We don't normally ship internationally, including to Canada. For a large order it may be possible by arrangement — call and ask.

Poly tanks and oversize items. Den Hartog tanks ship by freight direct from the factory or are picked up at our shop; prices shown are for the tank only. We'll quote delivery to your address.

Account customers can charge to a PO number at checkout; shipping is billed with the order.
