My Sprayer
Enter each sprayer once — boom, tips, pump, plumbing, controller — and every tool on this site opens already set up for that machine. Keep a service log and a season parts kit per sprayer. Saved on this device; copy a transfer code to move it to your phone or the shop computer.

Season parts kit for this sprayer
Per-nozzle quantities are figured from your boom width and spacing. Untick what you don't need, adjust quantities, add it all to the cart.

Why keep a sprayer profile
Every calculation on a sprayer starts from the same five numbers — boom width, nozzle spacing, tip size, speed and target rate — and every parts order starts from the same count: how many nozzles are on the boom. Writing them down once means calibration, tank mixing, strainer mesh, pump sizing and the pre-season checklist all start from the right numbers instead of a guess from the cab. It also means the parts list for spring is a click, not a walk down the boom with a notepad.
What gets stored
- Machine: name, type, make, model, year
- Boom: width, nozzle spacing, sections, nozzle body style and check-valve pressure
- Tips: type, size, typical speed, rate and pressure, product most sprayed
- Plumbing: pump type and model, suction and pressure line sizes, strainer mesh
- Controller: brand/model, valve type, flowmeter
- Service log entries and notes
Nothing is sent to us. The data is saved in your browser's local storage on this device; the transfer code is the same data encoded so you can paste it somewhere else. Clearing your browser data clears it, so keep a copy of the code.
Common questions
Can I keep more than one sprayer?
Yes — add as many as you run. Each has its own card, parts kit and log. Switching between them is a tap.
Will this follow my store account?
Not yet; it is per device. Use the transfer code to copy it between your phone and the shop computer. If you'd like us to keep your machine list on file for parts orders, call or send it with a quote request.
How are the kit quantities figured?
Nozzle count = boom width in inches ÷ nozzle spacing, rounded. Tip strainers, diaphragms and seat washers are one per nozzle; tips are a set per boom; strainer gaskets and seal kits are one per machine.
