TeeJet D1 — Orifice Disc, Size 1, Hardened Stainless Steel

TeeJet D1 is the size 1 (smallest) hardened stainless steel orifice disc for TeeJet disc-core type nozzles. Paired with a DC core it makes a hollow cone tip for air blast and high-pressure spraying; the same D-series discs are also the metering orifice in GunJet 43 spray guns (D6 standard, D2 to D10 optional). Hardened stainless resists wear from wettable powders and other abrasive mixes, so swap the disc when flow has crept up or the pattern has opened out.
