TeeJet DCER-2 is the size 2 ceramic orifice disc for TeeJet disc-core type spray tips. It sits in front of a DC core inside a Quick TeeJet cap to form a hollow cone nozzle, and the ceramic orifice gives the longest wear life of the disc materials (ceramic, hardened stainless, stainless, polymer) when spraying abrasive or high-pressure mixes. Replace it when your rate check shows flow running high on that nozzle.
