Valley 316YS100 — 1" FPT 316 Stainless Y-Line Strainer

Valley 316YS100 (Valley Industries 316-YS100) is a 1" female pipe thread Y-line strainer with a 316 stainless steel body and a stainless steel mesh screen. It goes inline ahead of a pump, valve, flowmeter or nozzle body to catch grit and debris before it reaches them, and the angled screen pocket unscrews so you can pull and rinse the screen without taking the line apart. Stainless is the choice over poly when the line sees high pressure, heat, or solvents and harsh chemicals that attack plastic strainers. It is the 1" size in Valley's 316-YS series, which also comes in 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 2".
